Line 1: Path/Filename of Chat PPE to load when page is answered.
Line 2: X Position to get the Reason-for-Paging string from the user

Line 5: If the user enters a reason shorter than this, paging will abort.
Line 6: "Paging The Sysop .." string.

Line 21: If "YES", Sickpage writes the page reason to the user's CMNT fields.
Line 22: If "YES", Sickpage stuffs "C" after an unsuccessful page, to
give the user the option of leaving you a message instead.
The (C) command in PCBoard stands for (C)omment to Sysop.
